My journeys through the breathtaking landscapes of the western United States have been a quest to capture the enchanting play of light on remarkable scenery. From the towering, jagged peaks of the mountains and the stark, arid expanses of the desert buttes and canyons to the magnificent rivers that weave through the terrain, the rugged coastlines that meet the Pacific Ocean, and the bucolic charm of rolling hills that define rural America, every moment has been a visual delight.

The allure of wildlife is undeniably captivating, serving as a key motivator in my decision to relocate to the breathtaking Yellowstone and Jackson Hole region. While landscape photography brings a sense of peace and tranquility, the thrill of capturing wildlife in their natural habitat ignites an exhilarating rush of adrenaline.

My photography quest has provided me with incredible opportunities, opening doors to capture stunning landscapes, vibrant cultures, and ancient buildings across four continents, I wish I had achieved all seven continents. “Because in the end, you won’t remember the time you spent in the office or moving your lawn. When we photographers capture the vibrant spirit of outdoor adventurers—the skiers, fly-fishers, mountaineers, hardworking farmers, etc.—and dedicated ranchers against the breathtaking backdrop of the Western landscape, it transforms into more than just photography; it becomes an art form that infuses dynamic action and rich life into the great landscape they inhabit or play in.

A collection of galleries of beautiful places I have lived that need their own gallery as I have photographed them extensively. 

My theme collections explore various categories beyond specific locations, showcasing nature and its moods. These include stunning waterfalls that capture cascading beauty, serene seascapes that evoke ocean tranquility, and majestic mountains that inspire awe. I also feature charming baby animals that bring warmth, ethereal moods that transport viewers, and striking black-and-white images that deepen emotional resonance.

I love living in a four-season place. I found the sameness of California’s mild climate terribly boring. I take great pleasure in watching each season unfold, relishing the unique beauty they bring as they come and go. While there are some seasons I cherish more than others, each one holds its own special charm, and I wouldn't trade one for another.
